2. Where is Quauhquechollan?

Quauhquechollan no longer exists. Today, in its place, is the small village of San Martín Huaquechula, in Puebla, Mexico. The Lienzo tells us that the principal city of Quauhquechollan was protected by two walls. Parts of these walls can still be seen in San Martín Huaquechula today.
